We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at penoria.supp@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an adress that will later be given after contacting us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases and ink. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are committed to your satisfaction and improvement in your writing techniques with our Penoria products. If, after 30 days of consistent practice, you feel that your cursive technique has not improved, you are eligible for a full refund as part of our writing Guarantee.
Terms for Refund Eligibility:

Documentation: To qualify for a refund, you must provide
documentation in the form of dated, clear, and consistent daily 5- minute videos showing your writing routine over the 30-day period.
2.
Consistent Effort: The videos must demonstrate your dedicated practice and efforts to improve your cursive technique. Your commitment to the training is a critical part of this guarantee.
3.
No Visible Improvement: If, after 30 days, there is no noticeable improvement in your technique as per the submitted videos, you qualify for a full refund.
Please note that we believe in the effectiveness of our products, and this guarantee is a reflection of our confidence in your potential
progress. The intention of the refund is not just to reclaim the product's cost but to ensure your satisfaction and progress. Your improvement is our success.


Refund Policy:

Once a package has been marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Penoria is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. Responsibility for the package then lies with the recipient or the carrier. We recommend that customers monitor tracking information closely and ensure a secure location for delivery. Penoria is unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues arising after confirmed delivery.

 

12-Month Limited Warranty

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from us or from authorized retailers and is valid from the original date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials, such as faulty components.

  • Manufacturing defects that affect normal product operation.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Wear and tear from normal use.

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.

  • Damage from exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., water, extreme temperatures).

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our Customer Service or send an email to : support@penoria.com  with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

  2. We may request photos or additional information to assess the claim.

  3. If approved, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund options at our discretion.
